Refund Policy 

At Savilly, we are committed to providing high-quality watches and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@savilly.com.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@savilly.com.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Customized or engraved products


5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
