At Savilly, we’re dedicated to delivering your timepieces safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take a little longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe: 8–14 business days

  • South America: 10–20 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 10–18 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or postal service delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can track your order anytime on our website or via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


4. Shipping Delays

Savilly is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Carrier issues outside our control

5. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Savilly is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Savilly is not liable for any customs fees once the items have shipped.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Savilly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at support@savilly.com if you need help filing a claim.
